Rather than attempting to learn new movements or exercises without assistance, joining a group fitness class offers valuable guidance from a trained instructor. These classes can help you understand the difference between each movement, ensuring that you execute every part of your workout routine correctly and safely.
We offer a variety of classes to help you reach your fitness goals:
Strength and Conditioning: Designed to improve physical performance through a combination of strength training, conditioning activities, and sometimes other specialized exercises, aiming to enhance strength, power, speed, agility, and overall fitness.
Weightlifting: Also known as strength training or resistance training, focus on using external weights (like dumbbells or barbells) or your own body weight to build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall fitness.
Teen Weight Lifting Program
This empowering small-group training program is designed exclusively for teens and their fitness journeys. Led by certified trainers, these classes offer workouts that blend strength training, character development and functional exercises. Through this program, teens cultivate strength, build friendships, and learn life skills like respect, honesty, accountability and responsibility.

about JAROM
As a former NCAA athlete and a current NPC Body Builder, Jarom developed a passion for fitness and a fascination with the mechanics of the human body. After receiving his undergrad in Exercise and Wellness from BYU in 2013, Jarom went on to pursue his Masters in Occupational Therapy from Alvernia University. He graduated and became a board-certified Occupational Therapist in 2017 and received his Level II Postural Alignment Specialist (PASII) Certification in 2020. Using his career in Occupational Therapy, his breadth of knowledge and training surrounding the human body, Jarom strives to have each client at Vitalogy manage their pain, achieve their goals, and make the most of their lives.

Rilee loves all things health and fitness. She has her L1 Crossfit Certification and over 5+ years of experience coaching groups and individuals. She loves customizing the individual needs of a workout while maximizing the challenge in a group setting. She loves challenging her body and mind and pushes others to do the same. As a mom of three and a former collegiate track athlete, she understands that working out is challenging, but believes doing it with a friend(s) makes all the difference. Nathan is a NASM certified Personal trainer with an
Weight Lifting & emphasis on corrective exercise. He is an all around athlete Personal Training that loves pushing the physical and mental limits of the human body. He is of the mindset of breaking boundaries/limits while finding and setting one's own boundaries/limits. One rule that he embraces is "Every exercise is also a core exercise". He believes in starting from the central core/hips and expanding training from there. Focusing on aspects such as balance, stability, and proprioception are crucial to the aspect of total mind-body training alongside the more traditional aspects of strength, power, and hypertrophic development. He believes in a more holistic approach to overall health and loves to assist clients in breaking away from dysfunctional movement patterns. Functional Training and practical movements.
